Custom die design and manufacturing can be done upon customer's specifications. For example, recently, a six-layer barrier die for preform of six-layer plastic fuel tank (PFT) blow molding has been designed for a customer, which requires extensive expertise on polymers, co-extrusion die design and processing experience.

We offer blown film dies, profile dies and all types of single screws and twin-screws with top of line alloy and special plating so that high productivity, high quality and least maintenance can be achieved.
